One week to go. Seriously

In one week, we'll be heading to Lisbon.  We have not trained as much as we did for our Camino Frances.  Actually, we have not really trained at all.  I've been doing a lot of diving and teaching so we've only done a couple of 10, 15 and 20km walks.  We have been mentally preparing, trying to remember the pain and bad side of our last walk, rather than just the good things.  As part of that preparation, I have been transcribing my journal notes from our previous Camino onto a proper blog.  That can be found here: http://memismsfrenchcamino.blogspot.sg/
